How we process your information

The website validates the information you submit and sends a text-only inquiry to VILLTAR's configured business email. Authorized personnel use the information to review your request and continue the conversation with you. The inquiry form does not accept attachments, generate an automatic quotation, or use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

The form asks for your consent before submission. Limited technical information is also processed when reasonably necessary to secure the website and prevent abuse.

Service providers and recipients

Inquiry details are received by VILLTAR and may be processed by service providers needed to operate and secure the website, including the website hosting provider, Resend for email delivery, and Cloudflare Turnstile for anti-spam verification.

VILLTAR does not sell personal information submitted through the inquiry form. Information may be disclosed when required by law or a lawful order.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain relevant business records, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or disposed of.
